Refund Policy

At Kerry’s Cake Kitchen, we take pride in providing high-quality, freshly made products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict returns and refund policy outlined below.

1. Non-Returnable Items

As all our cakes and baked goods are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
• Quality Concerns: If you believe there is a problem with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please email kerryturl@icloud.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, including:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

4. Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
• Changes to Orders: We will try to accommodate changes if requested at least 48 hours in advance, but we cannot guarantee modifications after an order is placed.
